York's Story

York has practiced personal injury law in Utah for many years and has acquired a vast amount of knowledge and experience representing individuals in complex personal injury civil litigation cases. Throughout his legal career, York has successfully helped thousands of injured clients and has seen a wide range of personal injury cases. He has recovered millions of dollars in money damages on behalf of his clients in compensation for their injuries. Before joining The Advocates, and since 2004, York has exclusively represented plaintiffs who have been seriously injured in accidents.

Outside of the office, York enjoys time outdoors, sports, travel, avid foodie, comedy, and a burgeoning pickleball enthusiast (if you can’t take the heat stay out of the kitchen). He is also fluent in Spanish.
