Brad has successfully represented thousands of clients in disability hearings in over 35 states. His years of experience with personal injury and SSDI claims give him a unique perspective and prove his commitment to protecting his clients’ best interests.
Brad earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Brad then graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2010. Upon graduating from law school, Brad worked as an attorney for a well-known plaintiff’s law firm where he handled a wide variety of cases including workers’ compensation, personal injury, criminal law, and estate distribution. Brad has also worked for one of the country’s most successful nationwide Social Security law firms.
Although Brad was born in Arizona, he moved to Utah at a young age. There, he was raised in Orem, Utah and attended Mountain View High School. After high school, Brad served a two-year mission for his church in Madrid, Spain. Brad returned to Utah with his wife and four daughters. In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as serving the underprivileged and disadvantaged in his community.
Brad is proud to also serve the people of Oklahoma. His time in law school at Tulsa allowed him to understand the nuances of personal injury law in the state and better represent accident victims.
