Brian Bankhead

Brian joined The Advocates to fight for families affected by catastrophic injury and loss and to hold corporations and insurance companies accountable. Brian began his legal career representing individuals with disabilities facing discrimination. He witnessed the power imbalance between corporations and individuals, fueling his belief in justice for all, regardless of background or wealth. Driven by a relentless pursuit of justice, he strives to bring closure to families, advocating for safety and dignity in our communities. He believes everyone has the right to “believe in better” and deserve fairness.
