Alan Tucker graduated in May 2012 from the University of Utah with two bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and International Studies. Three years later, he graduated from law school at the University of Notre Dame. Since graduating from Notre Dame, he has worked as a clerk in the Federal District Court for the District of Utah underneath Judge Clark Waddoups and Judge David Nuffer.
Following his clerkship, Alan joined the Advocates as a litigation attorney and has specialized in litigating all types of personal injury matters ever since. Alan is passionate about his family, including his wife and their three beautiful children. In addition to spending quality time with his family, Alan Tucker loves sports and is a die-hard fan of Mixed Martial Arts, University of Utah football, and the Utah Jazz. Alan also loves cooking. Whether it be on his smoker, the grill, or in the kitchen, he loves spending time perfecting new recipes and sharing his creations with his family and friends. Alan is also an avid sneakerhead. He has amassed a collection of countless sneakers over the years and loves sharing this passion with his children.
