Brian began his legal career representing individuals with disabilities facing discrimination. He witnessed the power imbalance between corporations and individuals, fueling his belief in justice for all, regardless of background or wealth. Driven by a relentless pursuit of justice, he strives to bring closure to families, advocating for safety and dignity in our communities. He believes everyone has the right to “believe in better” and deserve fairness.

Brian's Story

Brian claims Ogden, Utah, as his hometown and will fervidly defend its virtues. He has a background in art and design, where he was well respected for his meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising integrity.
Brian earned his Juris Doctor degree at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. At the College of Law, Brian participated in several student organizations, including as Vice President of three organizations: the American Constitution Society, the Health Law Club, and the Student Well-Being Organization. Brian also won academic awards, including the CALI award for Adoption Law.
When not working, Brian spends as much time as possible with his wife and three little girls. He is also a devoted
follower of the Utah Jazz and Detroit Lions.
