Dave was awesome to work with, professional but not intimidating like the other lawyers I have worked with on non-related cases. I am very pleased with the results, and will refer them to everyone I know!” – K.M., Salt Lake City, UT

Kennith Bills is an expert personal injury lawyer at The Advocates and is dedicated to getting you the compensation you deserve for your accident./h2>Utah & Washington Personal injury lawyer Ken Bills practices in the areas of mass tort and personal injury law. He is licensed in both Utah and Washington. Ken knows if you or a loved one has been harmed or injured because of negligence on the part of a company, you may benefit from being part of a mass tort claim. Mass torts are individual claims which can be part of a group of claims brought against someone who has caused harm to many. Unlike a class action claim, each person’s injury law claim is still handled individually, so that the person’s recovery is actually specific to their individual injury. Mass torts are often more effective because the courts recognize that the party at fault, often a business, may have an unspoken policy of consistently ignoring the rights of their customers and your attorney can help to prove this. If you have become ill or injured from a dangerous drug or defective medical device, Ken will provide expert effective representation for your mass tort case. He is recognized as a leader in successfully prosecuting mass torts for dangerous drugs and defective medical products. Utah. Ken Bills is wonderful at other forms of law: auto accidents, bicycle accidents, dog bites, and other injuries caused by the negligence of others.

Injury lawyer Ken has had great results in helping people come together as a group to fight for higher settlements.

Ken has had great success in stopping harmful practices in a wide range of mass tort litigation areas. Contact him to schedule a free consultation about your mass tort liability case. He will give you an honest assessment of your case and help you decide whether making a mass tort claim is your best option. If he can’t provide answers for you, he’ll direct you to someone who can.. Ken Bills practices personal injury law in Seattle, Washington where he lives, and enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
