David R. Tullis

David Tullis is an attorney that represents clients throughout Utah for cases involving auto accident injury, insurance coverage disputes, motorcycle and bike accidents, insurance subrogation claims, and business litigation.  David is an experienced attorney with a vast knowledge of insurance law.  David has participated in over 100 mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.  

David was recognized in Utah Business Magazine in 2009, 2010, and 2011 with the award of “Utah Legal Elite”. To be listed in Utah Legal Elite is a great honor. More than 5,000 ballots are mailed to state bar members. All categories of attorneys vote for peers whom they deem to be Utah’s best lawyers. Bar members vote for lawyers whose work they have observed firsthand to be above and beyond, and whose services they would recommend to others.  

David has also been recognized in the Mountain States Super Lawyers magazine in 2010 and 2011.  This award is determined by peer review and professional achievement and is given to less than 5% of attorneys.

David enjoys playing and coaching his kids in most sports. David and his wife Katie live in the Holladay area and have four children.
