Damian W. Kidd
Damian primarily represents clients who have been injured as a result of automobile accidents. However, he also regularly handles cases related to dog bites, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability (i.e. slip & falls), and other cases where someone is injured due to the negligence of another. Damian began his practice of law as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Idaho where he handled the county’s civil caseload and prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony cases. Since he began his practice he has gained valuable trial experience in both criminal and civil cases and enjoys the litigation process. Damian is licensed to practice law in both Utah and Idaho.
